Álvaro Ciurana Tatay

Founding Partner

He has a BSc and MSc in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia and he received the National Award from the Spanish Government. Alvaro passed all the exams of the CFA program.

He is currently working as Investment Director for Equipo Juana Crespo. 

Prior, he worked at Price Waterhouse Coopers, where he started his professional career and participated in numerous deals, mostly related to real estate. He has also been four years in Aliseda, the servicer managing the biggest individual real estate portfolio in Spain, and after that in Dunas Capital, where he worked as Special Operations Director.

Cristian J. Merino Madrid

Founding Partner

He has a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, receiving the National Award from the Spanish Government. He complemented this education with a master’s in Aerospace Engineering with a minor in Finance from the Delft University of Technology. Cristian is a CFA Charterholder.

Currently, he manages accounts in the capital markets.

He has near five years of experience in strategy and finance consulting at The Boston Consulting Group and Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Daniel Maraví Orbegozo

Bachelor in Architecture and Project Management at University of Lima with a specialization in Construction. Licensed and Registered Architect at Colegio de Arquitectos de Peru. Master in Real Estate Development at IE School of Architecture & Design.

He is  Director of Operations at Caret Capital.

Over 5 years of experience in residential design for real estate developments from which 4 of them has been at Mario Lara Arquitectos, leaders in residential design in Peru.
